At 221B Tactical, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of any signs of wear or field use.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or shipment once the gear passes inspection.
